Images from the "First Team" during the Gulf War
The following photo gallery was compiled by Ronald Andrew "Andy" Hoskinson. Most of the photographs were taken from his personal collection and the personal collection of Norman Jarvis.
This collection is dedicated to the brave men and women who served honorably with the First Cavalry Division during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait from September 1990 to May 1991, especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives for their country. May they rest in peace.
The author gratefully acknowledges the invaluable assistance of Norman Jarvis in putting this portfolio together.
This collection contains the following resources:

Memorial Day is coming up, so I put together this short video honoring the men and women who serve (or have served) in the US Armed Forces, putting their lives on the line every day for our freedom. For this video, I included a montage of photos I took during my service in the US Army, and put them to music using my original song The Guardian. Enjoy!
